I was not able to find any specific numbers on how many classic books are available on the Nook or the iPad. What I do seem to have found out is that almost all classical literature is now offered free on eReaders since there are no longer licenses for them and no one is really printing them anymore. This is definitely a great way to preserve the classics.
With the iPad you're probably going to have a lot more versatility since you can access the software of other eReaders such as Kindle. However, all of the options are probably going to give you access to all the same classical books so this probably isn't want you're going to want to look at for deciding what reader is going to be best for you. news.cnet.com/kindle-vs-nook-vs-ipad-whi....
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
